Stratford High School rising senior Maggie Boddington was recently recognized by Mayor John Harkins at recent Town Council meeting for being named the 2013 Barnum Festival Queen. She was selected by SHS administration to be the representative out of the junior class in the King and Queen competition for the Barnum Festival. Boddington’s parents joined, Martha and Drew, joined their daughter and the mayor at the meeting.
